OOHFOUND accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in the condition received unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Before sending anything back, email michellroper02@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate next step and return instructions.

If a return is approved, any applicable refund is issued after the returned item is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.
